Literature about B&W photography

I would like to find literature about the art of B&W photography, mainly offering a discussion of B&W photos. In the first place showing B&W photos, writing in a practical approach why the photo presented is good or not so good, how it has been shot, how it could have been even better.
Do books like I describe exist?
It may be written in English, German, Dutch, Spanish or French.
