Has anybody had recent dealings with Ink Supply? I placed an order for refillable cartridges on 19 December and have not received them. They were supposedly shipped by USPS Priority Mail a couple of days after the order but they never posted tracking info. I have contacted them by email 4 times and always receive an acknowledgement but never an answer. Contacting by phone always finds all of their reps busy but leaving my name and number never results in a call back. Any feedback would be appreciated.

You are not the first one I read about problems with this company. I have dealt with them in the distant past without a single problem so I have no clue what's going on with them recently.

I've dealt with them for the better part of 20 years and their service had always been excellent. I'm at a loss to understand what's going on. I'll give them till the 19th then I'm going through Pay Pal to get my money back.
