incompatible cartridges in HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3635

good evening and sorry for the errors in the text, I am from Argentina, I have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3635, I use compatible alternative cartridges, I mistakenly changed the black ink cartridge with the printer on and from that moment on it gives an error of incompatible cartridges in both. I tried to reset the cartridges with the combination of power and X but it didn't work, I hope you can guide me

Hi ayumu85,
1. Please remove your cartridges from the printer.

• 

2. Leave the door open and disconnect your power cable from the back of the printer.

3. Keep the printer off for 2 minutes.

4. Turn it on again and put inside the printer both cartridges.

• 

Your printer should be working now,
