I hope someone might use the same printer or know of someone who has. HP wants to charge me $30 for support.
I have an HP 6210xi OfficeJet all in one and I can't seem to get it to print in color at all. I've checked the printer settings, restored to factory default, and purchased 3 separate color cartridges to use in it. I've checked the HP knowledgebase and the rest of their support pages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
