HP 02 Cartridges

Hey;
i have a HP printer that uses the HP 02 individual cartridges.
It was sold to me as being economical & that the cartridges are easy to fill so can anyone point me in the direction of refill instructions.

if you go to inkbank.com.au and look at his hp 02 system, you will find an extremely effective package that will turn your printer into a virtual continuous ink supply machine. I use this excellent package.
