Is this a new problem ? Is it the same with different paper/quality settings ? can you please scan a part of an image showing that problem - load this image please here, and together with the nozzle check. Just to understand 'horizontal' - that's in direction of the printhead movement - or horizontal on a 10x15 cm landscape image for which the paper actually feeds vertically .?

A nozzle check, printed out of the driver / printer menu, shows more clearly what is going on for each color channel and nozzle row...

PS: maybe some yellow nozzles are missing, but as a print of "pure" color bars can have other colors mixed in, a nozzle check of the printer driver is really pure color.
For flawless photo printing every single step (=nozzle) of the grid must be there. Yellow may be so light that its hard to examine, you should have good lighting.. or use coated paper..

Run a manual head alignment may solve this issue quickly...

A yellow grid pattern might be hard to see, especially in artificial lighting. A blue light makes makes it more visible.
