Im a long time computer user but know little about how printers work. Need help with my Epson WF7610. Nozzle checks showed black and magenta patterns broken. I tried cleaning the whole print head using the Windex and paper towel method but now I have NOTHING showing up when it runs a nozzle check and nothing printing.

Have I ruined my print head by cleaning it?

HELP!
