For Sale: Canon CLI-8 Ink Cartridges - 8 Color Multipack

I just posted these on eBay for $73.50:

I originally purchased them from Adorama, March 5th, for $135.

I used the cartridges once to test a replacement printhead for my Canon Pro 9000 Mark II, but the printhead ended up being a dud, so I'm giving up on the printer and getting a new one.
The cartridges are brand new, and were only used to run some nozzle checks and a test print.
I've re-packaged them very carefully with the original caps, secured with a rubber band and 2 layers of plastic wrap.
They're otherwise in pristine condition, I really hate to see them go to waste.
If anyone is interested in purchasing them directly let me know. I'm located in Philadelphia, USA.

I've never tried the promotional ad service. Since this was a pretty unpopular item and I wasn't trying to make money off it, I figured I would give it a shot out of curiosity.

The listing was up for 8 days before it was purchased. For my expectations I thought it was fairly quick. I was imagining it could take months to find a buyer for an open package of ink for a printer that's been discontinued for 12 years.

I know eBay items show up in Google searches, so if that's included in the ad fee, I would imagine it's fairly effective, although pricey.

Interesting, I just discovered my traffic performance page:

So I guess the $9 (14%) ad fee paid for the extra 12 promoted views, whether the sale came from that or not.
