Flushing fluids for print head and capping station cleaning

Is any information available regarding the effectiveness and composition of products like Magic Bullet, Piezo Flush etc.?
Is my impression correct that a mixture of 1/3 iso propanol, 1/3 ammonia and 1/3 distilled water is as effective as the above rather expensive flushing and cleaning products?

Try this instead, 20% Alcohol 10 % Ammonia and 70 % distilled water, this solution would have a good kick to it and would be cheaper too..
