Epsonn L800 paper jam

When I attempt to print a paper jam occurs. There are no paper inside, try and clean sensor PW under the head with cotton bud but the state of the same.I'm not sure if I've cleaned or is it some other sensor?

Have you tried other sizes and paper of different thickness? Is paper drawn and then the paper jam occurs or no paper is drawn?

Paper jam occurs in start without paper in asf tray. Red light blinks on printer and PC driver say Clean any paper..
