I have read here about replacing the OCP magenta inks for lustre and gloss papers. I'm not clear however if the advice is to use the t606b and c or the t6063? Are the other inks for the 4800 pro also usable? Is the ink removed with a syringe. Thanks newbie but have had r1800 for couple of yrs.

Do you want to use genuine Epson inks of the Pro 4800 on your R3000 via refill ? Or another 3rd party ink instead of the OCP magenta inks ? Are you currently using OCP inks for all colors on your R3000 ?

I apologise for delay but in UK. Yes want to use Epson inks of the Pro 4800 on R3000 via refill. Just purchased printer so inks are Epsom at moment but will purchase OCP as cheaper alternative. There seem to be 3 magentas for 4800. Just trying to confirm i have the correct numbers before hunting them down. Any friendly recommendations welcome.
