epson l850 paper jam

i have problem in epson l850 the paper which is the worx premium 200gsm black is always jam but when I use different paper with 240 gsm it works. i need to use the worx black 200gsm because this is the only brand of paper which have black color. can some one help e to fix this please

Why would you print on a black paper ? There is a sensor at the printhead carriage at the underside scanning for the paper edges, and this most likely does not work with black paper which is not reflecting enough light back. You have a similar effect with transparent foils which are not seen by the sensor either, so you need a white leading edge to overcome that issue e.g. a piece of a white removeable strip of tape.
