Is there is any way to share printer and usb dongle 4G to same router?

4G - the mobile phone network ? You can get an USB WLAN print server, connect the printer to it, and the print server connects to your WLAN, and then several computers can print to that printer, the USB print server creates a virtual USB connection via (W)LAN to every computer.

what do you want to do - printing from your mobile phone to your printer at home ? Epson has something for Android like 'Epson Connect' and 'Epson remote printer driver', and you need to find out how that works for you. The printer at home needs to be connected to the internet one way or the other, connected to a computer, or via a separate USB print server to the router. Or you need to bring the printer via a LTE router directly into the mobile phone network, but this then with a separate SIM card.
