Epson 1430 refillable cartridges from Ink Owl ink not printing correctly

Hi. I ordered the refillable cartridges from Ink Owl and their ink. I read not to buy cheap ink from China because it wouldn't work well. I am having problems with my prints. The blues are coming out totally black. Is Ink Owl ok ink? Is there anyway to fix this problem or do I need to do something more than I can do myself? Thank you!
