Just browsed ebay a little today. I have not looked for quite some time. I am stun that there are almost 5000 listings for HP refill kits right now on ebay. A quick browse I found something really interesting that quite a few vendors apparently deliberately flood with items listed repeatedly in large numbers every few hours. A refill kit sells for $0.99 with 2 - 3 dollars of shipping can be listed hundreds of times in a few days. I can't believe this. Do they think people will believe that such products are actually usable? I have no doubt those are cheap Chinese imports. Wow! it is so easy to identify those. Just see how many times they repeated the same item each day. Believe it or not they do get a few buyers. Maybe quite a few buyers. It is totally entertaining to see how they sweep the flea bay and ship US dollars in the returning cargo containers back to China this way.

Remember the cautionary tale.
The bank lends me a thousand dollars and I can't sleep for worry.
The bank lends me a million dollars and the banker can't sleep for worry.
Every time the dollar drops a point, a Chinese banker breathes his last.

This little chat has just clued me into why my eBay listings have been swamped lately...

eBay changed their pricing structure so the cheap listing fees mean it costs almost nothing to list the same cr*p 500 times...

Oh the joy! :|

I had a few bottles of ink in 100 CC bottles. I CC not oz. This gives a clue where the ink came from. I did not use them quickly. I let them sit for a while. The next time when I checked the caps cracked and half of the ink disappeared. There was no spill. The ink disappeared. Seriously. they can't even do it right with the bottles. Sure it won't hurt to buy as cheap as possible. Just wait until the CIS hurts your printer then you pay $75 for a new print head.

Go to Walmart. You will see almost full store of cheap Chinese goods that are there to wipe out all American competitions. That's the way they conduct the war against American competitions. Well, it's not fair to blame Chinese though. It is American businesses that bring them in to beat up Americans.

Don't make yourself learn it the hard way. If I am very rich I would just give all my ink money to Canon. Since I am not rich I give my ink money to competitors of Canon. So far I am a happy camper. Thanks god there are companies like Formulabs, Sensient Technologies, Inktec, Image Specialists, etc. Ebay is turning itself into a market for junk by encouraging sellers to sell junky cheap competitions. I can't believe it that it's ex-CEO is trying to become the CEO of California.

It's called dumping. That's what they are doing. It will effectively kill all competitors including themselves. Not good for consumers.

The nation of China is now importing more than they are exporting. Apparently, in an economy of $4 trillion, there was effectively $2 trillion stimulus last year. Let's see where that leads when the stimulus loans have to be repaid. hmmm..... that's according to George Soros. Apparently the Chinese also have a love relationship with real estate. We know where that lead the USA to.

This has got to be a joke. I know you did not make this up. It was reported by a Chinese media. I have to doubt the credibility of such a report coming out of China when it was pressured by America to let RMB to appreciate its value.
