I have a Ink Refill business in Scotland and fill a wide variety of carts. Just had some of the new Dell, Series 21Blk and 22Col. They appear to have no chips or film on them and I refilled by dripping ink into the exposed sponge on the bottom. Customer took away and brought back not working or reconised. Anyone out there seen these and knows why the ain't working??
