Chip Resetter for 551 Chips ? ?

This maybe what a lot of guys are looking for, now does it work ? And on which Chips, OEM or compatible that is the question.

There’s only one way to find out unfortunately, and that is to dive in and get one, I still remain sceptical as to whether it will work on the OEM paper chips..

Very interesting! This could explain why Canon is introducing a new PGI-x70/CLI-x71 cartridge series, that seems identical to the PGI-x50/CLI-x51 cartridge series, except for the chip.

What the frack is so secretive that the seller won't show the price on the web page?

To my knowledge nobody has bought one or tested. From memory I think they were selling a minimum of 5 units for something like $100 or so...

For myself we just ignored the product... We were told it was a lost cause by the REdSETTER manufacturers and given the hassles the cartridges present to refilling vs' the relative trade-off against refillables we just decided it was best left.

I think the reason could be that the seller is not a retailer. Retail customers are not intended to know the wholesale price.

When I refill my printer again for second time (black and yellow) the level of ink show full again that great, despite also I turned off printer before I refilled it give me same ink level the chips just reset when I am get it out from printer. I got these cartridges from super parts Aliexpress.
