I'm pretty ignorant about the SW service tools. What would I be looking for for iP4500, Pro 100, and G2060?

I have the service manual for the i4300. Links, sources for the other two printers?

Service mode operations for the iP4500 are performed with push button codes, no service tool software needed. See the service manual and also this warning.

There have been reports on the forum that the Pro-100 can be reset with version 5204 of the service tool even if this the printer is not mentioned as compatible.

The G6020 is listed as compatible with the service tool v5610. This version was successfully used to reset a Pro-300 . The Pro-10, Pro-100, Pro1000, Pro 9000 II and Pro 9500 II series are also listed as compatible.
