service mode locked issue! Please helpp

Sadly the use of a service tool that is too old / with a too low version number will cause lock of service mode. The only way to unlock the service mode is to re-flash the EEPROM.

For the re-flashing you will need an EEPROM writer and the contents of the EEPROM from another same type printer that has not been locked. See this thread.

According to the seller version 5306 is compatible with the G2000 printer.
