Hi there!

I have a new Canon ip7220 coming, and I was wondering if it were possible to refill the cartridges with the same ink I used for my Epson printers(they were Epson R200 and R300)? Both use dye ink. I realize the Pigment black tank in the Canon can't be filled with dye ink, but I was curious about the dye ink carts(yellow, magenta, cyan and black), because I have tons of ink from the Epsons still laying around.

Thank you for any help. :)

All of them! LOL
NO!
You will need inks meant for your printer. Unless you want to take a chance ruining your print head.
There is difference between Canon and Epson inks, whether OEM or 3rd party so the answer is no.
You will have to obtain either OEM carts or 3rd party inks for it.
Can you even refill the CLI-251 and PGI-250?

Mikling can help you on that.
