Canon's new series of printers ip3600/4600 use the PGI-220 and CLI-221 cartridges. Although cheaper, they probably have a new chip - so we start all over for resetting? I think that I will buy a spare MP830 (or 850), or a 4500 befor they disappear.
Do keep in mind that the MP830 is like the ip4300/ip5200 in the fact that it has only the 1pl, 5pl, and text sized heads (20pl IIRC).fish said:Canon's new series of printers ip3600/4600 use the PGI-220 and CLI-221 cartridges. Yes, they are pretty good. The deal on the mp500 though, that's a referb. the mp530 from buy.com isn't and the price includes shipping. What was it $100-$103?jflan said:http://www.kickenhardware.net/forum/showthread.php?t=14958
The Fry's deals in the link above are probably the best around if your in the US and near a Fry's store where you can use store pickup.
