Wanted to put in my nickle on the subject. I was a bit daunted by the thought of refilling when I got my Pixma Pro9000 MarkII but with the amount of ink we go through there wasn't really a choice. The Pixma Pro is wonderful, prints fabric beautifully too, but the ink part still baffled me. Too many choices, brands, prices and all so confusing. So, I checked out one earlier suggestion on this thread...Precision Colors owned and run my mikling. I doubt there is anyone who is more helpful on this planet. I couldn't find the color combination I needed so he let me substitute whatever I wanted and bought a 6-pack of 4 oz bottles. (BTW, 4 oz bottles are a good size to start if you do a fair amount of photo printing, IMHO) He has also offered to sell me singles of red and/or green if needed. He also send me links to ICC for my particular system and offered suggestions for better prints. This gentleman knows what he's doing and his products are quality! Maybe I shouldn't be posting this as he might be a rash of special-order emails, but I wanted you to know how wonderful and accommodating he is to work with. When in doubt, go to his eBay store for ink. And no, I'm no relation to him, never met him before, didn't get paid for this post  I just feel if you get good service you should spread it around ... even faster than if it was bad. ;)

That has been my experience as well - excellent customer service.

Mikling is aces as far as I'm concerned.
