Are ALL Epson Ecotank ink bottles Sold without cardboard boxes non genuine ?

I hope i wasn't scammed

I bough from different sellers Epson 542 ink from ebay with the ink bottles vacuum packed but NO carboard packaging.

Some had labels that slid right off, some had no epson engraved stamp on bottom, some had a generic key lock at the spout, some had the the ink bottle sliding up and down in the vaccuum packaging

Others looked EXACTLY like Genuine ink bottle I own too

My question specifically is are all loosely sold epson bottles without epson packaging legit ?

Now please look at the attached photo. i bought this from ebay too, I did not open it it has the security seals. legit?

all Epson bottles carry a QR-code on the backside, sometimes hidden under a folded and printed paper sheet taped over it with legal info in several languages. This may vary by market region.

I have seen most bottles have its label with place of manufacturer, expiration date and QR code and still be fake. I also can't get epson ink verify app to work

Could you post an example that the QR codes on Epson guine and 3rd party inks of the same type are actually identical - just the mfg-date may vary if at all.

I know. I just read that counterfeiters can open those cardboard boxes with the hologram sticker and put in original epson bottles with 3rd party ink

Just wish i knew howto verify ink with that app I have. there is no QR code on the cardboard only on the bottle

A brand new Amazon purchase which expires in 2029 black in in packaging with hologram and round epson sticker doesnt have a QR code on it, just the bottle Maybe not in the USA ?
