Advice on printing vinyl stickers

I'm looking for advice on printing on this kind of vinyl inkjet paper. I am looking to make custom decals for my kids' bikes using my current setup: Epson 1430 using precision colors dye inks. I realize switching to pigment inks would give the best results, but I was wondering if there is an alternative using a good clearcoat spray that would make the stickers both water and UV resistant.

If pigment is really the way to go, can anyone suggest an inexpensive option that is not too clog prone? Way back in 2002 my first inkjet was a c80 which was produced pretty amazing results on matte paper until I went on a vacation and I couldn't get it unclogged.

You need to look for special inkjet labels, I'm afraid that printing from the front side with a pigment or dye ink printer is not durable enough for your intentions, you would need to look for label material in your country - PVC based , e.g. printing onto the inner side and a separate sheet with the adhesive first to attach to the printed label and then placing the label whereever you want. There are various types on the market - transparent or with a white adhesive. Some of such supplies may not be available in small volume, or companies may not deliver to private persons since this a a pretty specialized business - you need to search around in your country.
