----------- Thanks, Hat! I may have incorrectly named my refilling method. I'm just dripping ink onto the sponge with a needle. As I said, it's been awhile since I refilled, and I have only done it once or twice prior. I need to print more so I get more accustomed to this. :)

Thanks, guys! One of the cartridges is rubber banded to some paper towels as we speak. lol I have been using the German refill method, so I don't have any holes drilled in the cartridges. I will read up more on how to purge and clean cartridges.

I have a Canon Pixma Pro9500 Mark II using the PGI-9 cartridges. I refilled a backup set of cartridges. What is the best way to store them on the shelf until I can use them? Sponge side up or sponge side down? They have orange protectors and probably won't be sitting on the shelf long before...

It probably did flash on those momentarily, and I didn't see it because I wasn't sure where I was supposed to be looking for the light. However, I do have it figured out now (I think!). And I reset those problematic cartridges, and everything seems fine now. THANK YOU!!!
