Problems after refill Workforce 845 with RATF damper cartridge system

Well, I'm back. I switched everything out to prefilled carts from Precision Colors. The printer has been working fine until today. While printing, the printer stopped and told me: Cannot recognize the following ink cartridge(s). Install them correctly. <Ink cartridges> C 127/126 I...

Problems after refill Workforce 845 with RATF damper cartridge system

I got it to work...somehow! :D I topped off the tanks again and went through more head cleanings and nozzle checks and it is finally printing. I had already placed an order at Precision Colors for resettable cartridges. :/ At least I won't have to buy any OEM inks in the meantime. Question...

Problems after refill Workforce 845 with RATF damper cartridge system

Thank you so much for the replies. I did send an email off to inkjetcarts, but I think I'm going to go ahead and buy new refillable cartridges from Precision Colors. I'm already buying from them for the Canon, plus I like that they offer the larger black ink cartridge in its set for the...

Problems after refill Workforce 845 with RATF damper cartridge system

I was just on the Precision Colors site looking around, as a matter of fact. That is where I got my system for the Canon (actually off of eBay, but from Precision Colors). I saw they have cartridges with resettable chips. I don't mind taking cartridges out and refilling. I just want something...

Problems after refill Workforce 845 with RATF damper cartridge system

Hi! You've all helped me so much with problems I've had before with my Canon photo printer. Now I'm asking for help with my every day printer, the Epson Workforce 845. I have the refilling damper cartridge system from Inkjetcarts.us. It came with its own cartridges and a "Return All To Full"...

Oh no! I filled cartridges with wrong color

----- This is great! Thank you! :) I do think I will just put in the PM ink after getting the majority of the magenta out.

Oh no! I filled cartridges with wrong color

----------- Thanks, Hat! I may have incorrectly named my refilling method. I'm just dripping ink onto the sponge with a needle. As I said, it's been awhile since I refilled, and I have only done it once or twice prior. I need to print more so I get more accustomed to this. :)

Oh no! I filled cartridges with wrong color

Thanks, guys! One of the cartridges is rubber banded to some paper towels as we speak. lol I have been using the German refill method, so I don't have any holes drilled in the cartridges. I will read up more on how to purge and clean cartridges.

Oh no! I filled cartridges with wrong color

I am still quite new at this, and it had been a long time since I last needed to refill my cartridges. I have a Canon 9500 printer and have been using Precision Colors inks. At this time, I'm refilling two sets of cartridges. As I said, it had been awhile, and I apparently forgot that some of...

Best way to store refilled PGI-9 cartridges?

I have a Canon Pixma Pro9500 Mark II using the PGI-9 cartridges. I refilled a backup set of cartridges. What is the best way to store them on the shelf until I can use them? Sponge side up or sponge side down? They have orange protectors and probably won't be sitting on the shelf long before...

[SOLVED] New to this and having problem

It probably did flash on those momentarily, and I didn't see it because I wasn't sure where I was supposed to be looking for the light. However, I do have it figured out now (I think!). And I reset those problematic cartridges, and everything seems fine now. THANK YOU!!!

[SOLVED] New to this and having problem

Thank you! I will give that a try. Also, I remembered that I tried the resetter on several cartridges before I filled them because I'd never used one before and I was curious about where the light was going to come from, etc. I never got them to light up (I was doing it wrong), but I wonder if...

[SOLVED] New to this and having problem

Hi! I read quite a few posts on this forum before jumping into ink refilling. I have a problem I hope you can help me with. I did some searches here and haven't been able to come up with the posts I need, but I'm sure they are probably on here. I apologize for that. I have a brand new Canon...
