    A visible inspection of the carts clearly indicates they are half full. But as you can see - the Supply Levels say differently. Any way to get them to operate.? Or do I bite the bullet and replace 5 carts.

    Thank you for this tip. I tried Amazon many times but never saw this post. There are still a few places that have epson ink for the 4000- but - they didn't have any the Light Magenta cart when I was checking. I purchased this and it will delivered today/tomorrow.
