I have a TS3150 which I use only for Black printing.
As both cart holders need to be occupied would the machine work
if I put Black Carts in both holders?
OK. many thanks for all these replies.
I am using Win 10.
Much to my amazement I have discovered a CD (in box bottom) headed "Canon TS3300" installation CD-ROM.
ps: I am not really careless, this machine only came yesterday!
Advice on which to use most appreciated.
Many thanks again.
I appreciate your very helpful advice again, but, as every thing is working out well at the moment, thought I would leave things as they are (for now). Both carts are behaving well!
ps: certain it's E61
Sorry to post twice.
Have deleted the duplicate, thanks again for your help.
Have read the instructions re E61. (which are very clear)
My problem is that I've not ever used the scanning function on this machine??
Both BLACK and COLOUR lights flashed continuously, they have now gone out completely.
The ALARM lamp is lit all the time and " E61" is flashing at me!...help!
Hi. Have just replaced both (self-filled) carts and (it seems) I need to do a Print Head Alignment.
I'm new to this machine and would be grateful for the best way to go here.
It seems I have choices of doing the job through Win 10 or "the other way"
Thanks H, I perhaps should have mentioned that these carts are black only.
I agree with you re the colour carts.
By a big coincidence I have an IP7250 which has packed in, am looking to
restore with parts from another IP7250 (I hope!)
Have just acquired two empty PG545XL carts for my TS3150.
At the moment I'm using the original (refilled) PG545 which came with the machine.
Being new to the "refill club" am wondering which is the best way to go ahead, do I:
Clean and refill the XLs now , then store them for future use, if so...
Hi, I've just joined this morning and am glad I did after browsing some of your posts.
Have recently bought a Canon TS3150 which is working very well for my needs.
Have ventured into Cartridge Refilling and would appreciate some basic advice please:
I intend just using PG545XL carts for this...
