Holding Resume btn does not help. The paper feed roller moves freely. The cartridges' bodies are OEM, but the chips are chinese and the ink is as well.

@The Hat , so is it possible to replace cartridges without switching the printer on? Actually it is possible, as people get rid of the error, when Pro-1 locks the cartridge compartmets' doors. There was some thread here.

It is of no use knowing the price in Russia. The ink is made by an american company. Or so they say on the web. Compared to average chinese inks STS is about three times more expensive.

The damned error persists. I cleaned the interior of the printer (without disassembling any of it). Tried to clean the bottom of the carriage a little. Pushed a few sheets of paper throug. How does it sence a jam? Is the sensor installed on the carriage or somewhere else? I cannot change...

They do sell bottles with ink 250 and 1000 ml marked STS inks in Russia, but the official site has only cartridges...

How did you resolve the issue? I am getting the same error in almost the same situation. I had an ink spillage from the print head and after that the 1300 error persists. May be someone has a scheme with paper sensors disposition?

I know people who use STS inks in my country and they say they are quite good. They match Lucia, Lucia pro, Lucia ex. The second choice is Hongsam inks - china. I haven't heard about OCP's inks for prografs, but if you don't use it for photo printing and you only have 4 colors, you might try...
