Ok, a better scan attached. The Pro 10s is printing beautifully apart from heavy magenta areas, proving that the right Octoinkjet in the Canon original cartridges is correct. I spent 43 years in the Litho printing industry, so I am used to dealing with ink etc. It's just the Magenta! Thank...

I keep getting this banding on Magenta areas, the attached is a 16bit Tiff file. The printer has had medium use with a new printhead fitted about 2 years ago. The other colours are fine. Thanking you in advance. Paul

UPDATE! Apologies for the late update, but I have had a terrible time with the French cartridge supply company. After 2 failed deliveries they have now reimbursed my money! Anyway, the problem has gone! The Pro 10s is printing beautifully. I know not why? I will update if the banding returns...

Update. Still waiting for the new carts to be delivered, they have been returned to the warehouse twice! Don't you just love rural France!

Yes I tried both quality settings, no difference.
