Are you printing with a RIP or a standard printer driver: note the target is for RGB printer drivers and RIP programs need CMYK targets. The white value be about the Lab value above 90. x x. The 36.2 is very dark for white. Do you have a normal printer not for textile: try to make a standard RGB target for the normal printer.

Im using photoshop to print and the target was printed using ACPU. Printer works just like normal one its EPSON L310. Weard about white because shoud be 85.27 i check it now again. White calibration cap also show 88.67. All files in zip ti1 ti2 tiff ti3

111(84.65 X X) and 68(83.97 X X) are white

Something is messed up. I don't know what your .colors file is. I generated an A5 10mm patch target from your 228 ti1 file with this
printtarg.exe -r -v -i 22 -p 148.492x210 -a1.25 -T360 -m3 "my 228-target"
and got this
my 228-target.jpg

Which doesn't look like your photos. The 4th patch (A4) in the ti1/ti2 files is pure white. The 4th patch in your .cvs file has Lab of 28.81;-15.72;1.5. Looks like you printed it wrong. Maybe randomized print without randomization in the ti2 file.

I am not sure what a ti3 file should look like, but, the first three values in each data line are RGB values from the ti2 file which seems strange. I would have expected just L *a *b and spectral values. I don't think the spectral values are much use except to support some optical brightener tweak in the profile anyway.
