Refurbished Printhead Locked

I bought a refurbished Printhead for my pro 100 and now it locked up and lights are flashing. How do I unlock the printhead? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much

Refurbs are a gamble. I got a refurb for my TS9020 and the printer didn't even recognize it. Returned it and got a new one. All good.

I can attest that following the advise from @The Hat I was able to unlock my ink carriage/printer head!

There is a thread on here showing a reset for the Pro 10 after a 6700 error, but I’m Feckin no use at all using the search feature on this forum..

P.S. I can never find what I’m searching for, and I mean never.. @Artur5 might be able to help on this one..
