I'm pretty sure everything that I've printed over the last year-and-a-half has had some degree of functionality. I'd say the most useless things I've printed so far have been some kind of toy or trinket that shows off cool things that 3D printers do, like this favorite:

Well, today I printed something totally and absolutely useless!

I added a magnet to the bottom to weigh it down and also keep it in place.

Pretty convenient that I just happened to have white and black filament ready to go in my dry box.

Useless it maybe, :hu but I like it because it goes to show how 3 D printers can affect the human brain, if you can imagine it then you can print it, I just wish I’d taught it up first, it’s so creative and far from useless, I can see why you liked it..;)

It nearly makes you want to go buy a 3D printer, it trumps a toilet roll holder..:D
Nice one Nifty, thanks for sharing, in fact I might print it myself...

While I do not like everything people label as art, I find your 3D sculpture whimsical and pleasant. Maybe not practical but not useless.

Let's see how you feel about that when your roll of toilet paper falls and rolls behind the toilet. :hit

Been there, done that, have the t-shirt.
I've also knocked the roll off the sink into the toilet. Have fun fishing that out. :barnie
