z3100 cannot load paper

Hello!,

I'm having trouble load a papel roll in my Z3100. It starts feeding, and after 3 tries the printer always blurbs a "paper too far from the blue line" message. Any pointers?

Look for the blue line on the printer and make sure your paper is loaded aligned with the blue line.

Thanks for the feedback. There's something odd with this paper roll. Sheets load just fine, will try to get a different paper roll and test again.
