Doh! I forgot about vinegar! If you were from the Cleveland area, and were old enough, you'd remember the original amusement park Euclid Beach, where skin on french fries were served up with malt vinegar and ketchup. The park is gone but the uber amusement park Cedar Point an hour away in Sandusky, Ohio has them too. If you like roller coasters then Cedar Point should be on your list.
