could you please post a nozzle check to see which colors are affected ?
Is this the first time you are using these refill cartridges ? Did you do any specific action to initialize/prime these
cartridges ? Do you keep the ventilation holes open during printing ?

Could you please scan a nozzle check and upload it here as a .jpg image ?
And is it possible to take a close up photo of your cartridges - all other T33 refill cartridges I can find on the internet - Ebay etc - have 2 plugs - one to open just for refill into the ink chamber and another plug for the ventilation hole which I seem to miss at yours - it may have another air channel somewhere.

o.k., it is as it is with the construction of your cartridges; magenta is affected rather strongly; I would recommend to run a cleaning cycle or two and print another nozzle check for comparison - there are two details to observe - are the previously missing nozzles now printing - all or most of them - or are now more or less other nozzles missing/printing

I'm afraid there is a problem with the ink flow in the magenta channel - not a clog but the ink is not flowing, this can have different reasons - the cartridge is not ventilated or there is insuffient contact between the foam at the bottom of the cartridge and the resp. receptacle in the printhead carriage - e.g. because the foam in the cartridge is misplaced. Remote diagnostics is rather difficult in this case.
All such cartridges are manufactured in the Far East and get to Europe via various dealers - aliexpress or Ebay as popular selling places.
When I search for 'Epson T33 Refill' on the German Ebay web site I get this
https://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=epson+t33+refill&_sacat=0
a long list of very similar looking cartridges, and it will be about the same in your country if you search for the same item. You could look for such items at Amazon as well, or other local distributors.
All of the cartridges shown have two plugs - one for refill and the other for ventilation. But before you go for another set you should contact the supplier of the current set, reporting the problem that magenta does not work, you may get a replacement or you return the cartridges for refund due to malfunction.

Are the Epson cartridges transparent so that you can see the ink level during the refill process ? I don't know whether you can swap the chips - there may be little plastic noses at the right - or wrong locations which hold the chip in place.
