Anyone using Print Studio Pro as part of their workflow? I usually use Qimage but somewhere on the 'net I read positive things about PSP and I'm curious about it.

My side by side comparison of course came out with Qimage on top but maybe I'm not using PSP correctly. PSP prints are much darker like they're being double profiled. I can't find the article I read on PSP a few months ago but I think it had a step by step process for good results. Thanks.

All of them! LOL
They should come out pretty much identical. If you have neither one sharpening the final output. I say that because Qimage tends to sharpen by default.

You are definitely doing something different with PSP.
Watch my video for the PRO-100

In it I print out of PS/PSP, Lightroom and Qimage and all three are identical.

Sorry to jump in with a second question...

I've been using PSP and haven't been able to figure out how to set a precise of an image on the layout view in PSP, or position it with precision and equal borders.

Am I missing something in the UI?

Is there an alternative to PSP for the Mac, similar to QImage? What are the options for third party printing management software?

Thanks,

John

Can't you just manually enter border values and positions?

Not that I could figure out.

I guess I could make a 13x19 canvas in PS and do it that way but I was hoping for something more user friendly.
