Wont print from Setup

Got new Ix6850 but can't get through setup. The paper jams as it goes into the paper feed, every time.
All instructions followed, cellophane & plastic removed from inks, A4 standard paper inserted in the top of the feeder, but it won't go thru at all.
Tried manual and auto head aligns, but the paper jams everytime it gets to the print stage.

Make sure the paper is flat (not curled) and of acceptable weight for the printer (not too thick).

If the printer is under warranty you should call Canon Tech Support immediately.

There is probably something stuck in the paper feed path, use a flashlight to examine the whole area and remove the foreign object…
