Where to find recommendations for purchasing new printer?

Hello all,

I'd like some expert advice on purchasing a new printer. My MP610 that just died seems to have stood in high favor around here--quality print head and whatnot. Where can I find information on which current printers are of high build quality?

You never said what your budget was or what type and size of printer would fit your needs.

The list below has not been update in a while but it will give you some idea what to look for.

The older the model the better the build quality, the bigger the cartridges, the easier to refill,
the availability of ink and a chip resetter, these are all the things you should look for.

Have a look at the list and come back with any questions you might have.
