Whats This Hp Printer
So Many Disc Printer Ressellers has this printer for sale but i can identify the original model

Pretty sure it is a K550 or the follow on K5400 as well...

They take HP88 printheads and HP88 inks

Right-clicking the two images of the printers gave the web addresses, so it seems that the printer is not made by HP but by a German company LSK using HP components. The type number for the printer is ODP 500. Here is the printer, scroll down to the ODP 500, you can also download a PDF brochure. The printer is also sold by another German company Trigenion, link here.

In terms of cartridges though, I seem to remember the firmware on units like these, has been customised to accept a different chip to the standard HP88 so you may find that HP88 consumables won't work unless they have the correct custom chip.

And if I remember correctly the HP 88 BK is pigment black. For CD printing only dye ink can be used, so the black cartridge must contain photo black. Maybe the LSK company gets them from HP on a special order?
