To me, it looks like the red ink is too weak in the non-oem ink which will show issues in the blues/purples/oranges too.
For a comparison, might be worth extracting a drop of ink out of the oem ink cart and the 3rd party and let it run down a sheet of glossy paper and dry to compare their colors to each other. I can do that with a syringe in some ink carts. Might need to stick with the OEM red if Precision Colors is off too much. I think during profiling it needs to see a very vibrant color so it can dial it back, but it cannot dial it up for more vibrancy if the color is too weak.
