What printer engine is the Canon MP780 most similiar to? Canon IP4000?

I have had a Canon MP780 sitting in my closet for awhile. It is brand new and decided to get a Laser all in one. I am probably going to put the printer on Ebay. I wanted to know which Canon IP line is this the most similar too. I hope it is most smiliar to the Canon IP4000 which sells for ALOT.

The iP4000 prints identically to the MP780. They have the same print head, cartridges, and print capabilities, but, of course, your printer is an all-in-one while the iP4000 is just a printer. It's much smaller though, maybe that's why it is so popular.

New ones of both printers can sell for double their final prices before being discontinued. Some for more, some for less. You can probably get between $300 and $400 for your MP780, that is, if it's still in its unopened box, otherwise, it will go for $100 less.
