What is a good affordable color laser printer that does not have a ton

I am looking for a good, affordable color laser printer that doesn't stop functioning just because a cartridge is empty. I have had some problems with Samsung CLP printers doing this and it is pretty aggravating, especially when I do not have loads of money to spend replacing all 4 cartridges. I would like to find a printer where this is not a problem.

I have had some problems with Samsung CLP printers doing this and it is pretty aggravating, especially when I do not have loads of money to spend replacing all 4 cartridges. I would like to find a printer where this is not a problem.

It would seem very unlightly that any laser printer would continue to work with one or more of its cartridges empty,
it would get damaged and youd end up having to get a new drum for it.

There are quite a few laser printer brands where you can purchase ink cartridges one at a time and not have to get all four at once.
