I have noticed that quite a lot of new members who have joined us here to get help and answers to some of their printer issues, have not made a single post, but choose to use the PM system instead.
Now that’s all very fine but these answers then given are only available to that individual member, and no others can avail of this valuable information, which might actually be of great benefit to all our members.
So if this has happened to any of you, I wish you’d discourage the member from availing of the PM system until they have made their first contact so to speak..
