Mikling, you are right. I guess I should have said to just pull the syringe a little bit for the purpose of reduing the internal pressur , but not to draw air into the cartridge through the print head or anywhere else. It will be just enough to stop the ink from bleeding but not to suck air into it. I actually did it on an HP23 and it worked to some extent.

Hi,

Thanks for all the reply.

Actually, i am have products on HP 45/15. This 2 carts always after sealed will give me problems like what i posted.
After sealed, clip it, then next day when i remove the clip, the seal look perfect.
But after a few hours the ink start to cover the whole head.

As for sponge model like HP 56/27 and etc. It will still have the problem but not so bad. (maybe the sponge hold the ink)

Anyway i still looking for solution.
I have go to other shops and take a look on people refilled carts.
I can see 2 types. One is with clip and they dun have such problem.
And another type is just sealed with blue type and they also dun have such problem.

Btw, i am working my way on vacuum fill now.
But i am worried that everytime i have to suck out all old ink and clean the sponge.
Why? bcoz that mean i have to buy another machine called "centrefuge".
And i am not big qty refiller. I just a small shop.
Maybe my only way is just get more clips....:(

Thanks
