Got an email from Mengyanfen with the title: "Look forward to being your ink supplier!"

Basically this guy is a spammer.

mengyanfen, stop sending this sort of uninvited email in hopes of doing business. In my culture it is considered an attack on my privacy.
I don't buy anything from anyone that attacks my privacy.
