Samsung ml-2165: not working after instaling chineese toner

Hey, so ive 3 months ago Ive instaled chineese toner. Everything worked fine till yesterday. Yesterday it stopped and youtube fix videos didnt solve the problem. Is there anybody who can help me? Is there any orther forum groups like this where i can find help? Thanks in advance for every respond

Hi @Cinas, using 3rd party toner can cause all sorts of problems, you must first empty out all the unused toner left in the cartridge before refilling, because not all toners can tolerate each other, and the old spent Samsung toner will mix and cause big problems.

Or you may have purchased the wrong toner for your printer model, because there are two types of toner power and they won’t mix together, and this may have happened to you.

Your now between a rock and a hard place, because your going to need a new toner cartridge and drum to solve your problem, next time try and use a 3rd party ready filled compatible cartridge..
