Ricoh SP 213W/Printer stopped printing.

Printer: Ricoh SP213w

Printer: This machine stopped printing. All attempts start again has not been successful.

On the machine, the Red light has now gone: but there is a steady Blue Light, as in photo.

Smart Organising Monitor:

Under
> User Tools, Horizontal Blue Light is showing, but it quickly changed to, ‘No response from I/O Device’. ‘Check the cable, power cord & main switch’, as in photo.

Any advice on this, please?

Here is a site with links to service manuals and parts catalogs for various Ricoh printers, yours included. It looks like the manuals are in English. "Download" in Russian is "Скачать".

I hope you find some useful info.

Seems like the communication issue between connection/driver.
Change the USB cable/port. Reboot both PC and Printer. Uninstall the Ricoh driver and reinstall again from beginning.
If smart Organizing monitor shows No response frim I/O device, Itappears that the printer isn't recognized by Windows properly anymore.

I am now seeking to find a different driver PCL6 V4.39.

I am unable to distinguish it on Ricoh's Global Support website.

Can you assist, please?.
