Printer: Ricoh SP213w
Printer: This machine stopped printing. All attempts start again has not been successful.
On the machine, the Red light has now gone: but there is a steady Blue Light, as in photo.
Smart Organising Monitor:
Under > User Tools, Horizontal Blue Light is showing, but it quickly changed to, ‘No response from I/O Device’. ‘Check the cable, power cord & main switch’, as in photo.
Any advice on this, please?
