Hey so I have a question for anyone who knows about cartridge/damper/tank clear film applcation,
The first printer I went off book with was et15000 I wanted to print white ink so I filled with cmy+ white in tank and used cmy to make composite black when needed it at first,
Realized that’s not the best printer for that cuz of lack of rip support and I realized I needed a black channel since I was printing more black then cmy combined and decided to repurpose it or cmy+white invisible uv ink, totally flushed every tank, damper , and all the lines, but k tank had lingering white rubbery sediment /rubbery chunks+ strings that kept blocking the flow out of the tank into the tube,
I ended up saying fuck it and punctured then removed the film from the entire tank on both sides and cleaned it out throughly , I want to replace the film
I have;
Laser transparency film,
Inkjet transparency film
5 mil thermal laminating pouches,
10 mil thermal laminating pouches
Self laminating film
Clear sticker paper
Clear polycarbonate film
White poly carbonate film
Tpu hot melt adhesive sheets
Double sided adhesive letter sized sheets
Uv epoxy
Silicone
Waterproof printhead glue
Vinyl
2 part epoxy
Alien tape
Packing tape
Teflon sheets
Heat proof tape
Hot glue gun
Spray adhesive
Krazy glue
Webber heat gun
Hair dryer
Adjustable heat a3 4roller thermal laminator
Cricut explore 3
5 tonne hydraulic heat press with anodized aluminum caul plates with silicone buffer layer to distributes applied pressure evenly

I’m thinking the hydraulic heat press and a transparency film or non adhesive or adhesive side of one of the laminating pouches?
Any thoughts, advice , alternatives on materials?
And on the heat press? If so anyone know what temp/pressure/time to use? If not what is the best choice
