Problems after refilling ink cartrigdes for a HP Officejet Pro k5400

Hello,
So I have refilled my black ink cartridge for my HP Officejet Pro k5400 printer, but it's not working, I mean if I print any documnet there is nothing on the page, just the other colours, is there something else I have to do after refilling a cartridge, like reseting the printer or reseting something at the printer. I hope I'm clear enough.

You have to replace the smart chip, with a new one, or it will not work.

Here is a link to a HP #88 cartridge bottom with auto reset chip, I have used these and they work. Easy to install, carefully remove the bottom of the cartridge and replace with new cartridge bottom. Make sure to order the right color and size. If your replacing a Black XL order only the Black XL bottom.
